Default Food as energy?

ok so i know cardio is not really the way to go since it is so catabolic. but if i binged( today i ate a lot ie: a burrito, burger, fries, and some cookies, ) would it be beneficial for me to do long sustained cardio, to prevent fat gain, or would it still be catabolic. i ate low carb. for six days and today was my cheat day , but i think i over did it a little

Yes,why not to eat ..........eat as much you need for daily energy need of your body..but also it is necessary to burn that calories...which will prevent from storing the fats in your body...

Yes, I agree. But if you do cardio or yoga on regular basis it will not be going to affect your body. Just what you have to do is do regular exercise and keep a track on what are you eating.

It will effect you in the long run. My friend worksout alot and eats what he want and I workout just as much and eat healthy. I notice that I tend to have an overall better workout during the week, recover faster, and feel better during the week. just my experience

sure,

I do cardio 5-6 days a week for an hour each session. I take a cardio class 3 times a week so I normally take the routines we do there and do them in the personal time. They work on increasing strength, endurance, and also intervals depending on which "program" we do.

As for strenght training, I dont do much of that yet. I want to loose weight before i start doing heavy lifting. But I meet with a personal trainer once a week and we go through different routines. I do not have the excerices we do with my right now, but I will post them later today.

As for eating healthy days I dont workout I consume 2000 cal over 6 meals. Servings break down over the day to equal a total of 8 starch, 10 protien, 6 vegetable, 4 fruit, 4 milk, 10 fat, and as much water as I can drink. Now for the 8 starches, 15 carbs = 1 serving and protien 7g = 1 servings. etc etc.

Days that I do workout depending on the number of calories I burn I increase the base value for what I eat. Typically it is around 2500 caloires I eat. Base rule I dont want to drop below the 2000 calories a day or I run the risk of burning muscle instead of fat. This is because muscles cells are easier to break down compared to fat cells.
