As for strenght training, I dont do much of that yet. I want to loose weight before i start doing heavy lifting. But I meet with a personal trainer once a week and we go through different routines. I do not have the excerices we do with my right now, but I will post them later today.

As for eating healthy days I dont workout I consume 2000 cal over 6 meals. Servings break down over the day to equal a total of 8 starch, 10 protien, 6 vegetable, 4 fruit, 4 milk, 10 fat, and as much water as I can drink. Now for the 8 starches, 15 carbs = 1 serving and protien 7g = 1 servings. etc etc.

Days that I do workout depending on the number of calories I burn I increase the base value for what I eat. Typically it is around 2500 caloires I eat. Base rule I dont want to drop below the 2000 calories a day or I run the risk of burning muscle instead of fat. This is because muscles cells are easier to break down compared to fat cells.
great, you are doing a really nice workout prog. Keep it up dude! Also that would be awesome if you could share your exercises with us. Cheers..keep it up!

My personal trainer gives me some excerices that I can do when I am out of town at the hotel to do some cardio/strength training but generally I am doing alot of cardio

I have been workingout for about a little under 2 months ( so im still farily new to this). If the first month I lost 13 pounds and havent weighted myself for the 2nd month yet. I have been coming faily close to the 3500 calories a week to lose a pound.

I am about 6'1, I weighted in at 354lbs, and apparently have the body of a 35 year old when I am 22. I broke my fibula in half and had 2 surgrys to fix it a year ago, so I am working around that too (I just started running on the tredmill without pain in my ankle as i run or after, that was one goal that I was just extreamly happy about).

After going through all my testing I was scared to death of what physical condition I am in. I do a heavy physical labor job, so I figure that would do me good but when I seen the results I guess not. I use to drink 5-6 nights a week, I was able to drink a bottle of vodka by myself and cont drinking after that. I was just in a bad lifestyle, thus the reason to the drymatic change in life. I workout 5-6 days a week now (pending how the week goes), eating 100 times healthier, and just enjoying life 20 times more.

yes the healthy food is first requirement for the fitness...

So first of all one need to avoid fast food and oily food
And then go for daily workout or cardio exercises...
