Default Do I need the cardio?

so I've been losing around 2-3lbs a week without cardio...I'm on a low calorie diet that has been working really well...I just feel however that if I do any cardio I'm going to be in so much of a calorie deficit that I'll lose muscle...so do I need the cardio? I've lost about 15-20lbs so far from this and intend to lose about another 13lbs...what do you guys think?
