If they don't have a sports medicine or exercise science degree, they should at least have some sort of certification from a recognized organization such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Yoga fans are quick to tout the flexibility and stress-relieving benefits of this ancient practice, but a new study suggests it may be an effective pain-management tool as well.
