Yeah It works like a charm! I just got done with my first week. I tell you im loving the benefits already. I feel alot more energized in the gym that i have to keep myself from overtraining. These give you massive pumps. Im only 18 about to turn 19 in a couple of weeks. Im too young to take this product but it gives me the workout that i could have never done with anything else. if your in your mid 30's or 40s this would do more good. Also most importantly i have noticed an increase in my height 2cm in just a week. But do not buy this product if your just looking for a height increase you have to workout when using this product.
