I'm new to this whole internet/forum thing, so please forgive me if my etiquitte is not proper...I take constructive critisicsm well, you won't hurt my feelings for correcting me.

I'm a 27 year old law enforcement officer in the state of Florida, and unfortunetly due to my hectic hours and schedule, I don't get to eat the way I should and because I seem to lack the motiviation for myself to not go to sleep and go to the gym, I seem to have a problem with my weight.. I basically do just enough to keep me at the same shape I am. However, that will not last forever and would like to trim some of the extra weight that I have on my body.
