Don't get panic...do one thing - if you fell hungry, carry food with you wherever you go and keep eating but only remember one thing..not eat more when you r eating something. Take food in but in less quantity. So this will not make you feel hungry. Try out this, I am sure it helps you and as you will eat the food in less quantity, your weight will also not gain. cheers
