sure,

I do cardio 5-6 days a week for an hour each session. I take a cardio class 3 times a week so I normally take the routines we do there and do them in the personal time. They work on increasing strength, endurance, and also intervals depending on which "program" we do.

As for strenght training, I dont do much of that yet. I want to loose weight before i start doing heavy lifting. But I meet with a personal trainer once a week and we go through different routines. I do not have the excerices we do with my right now, but I will post them later today.

As for eating healthy days I dont workout I consume 2000 cal over 6 meals. Servings break down over the day to equal a total of 8 starch, 10 protien, 6 vegetable, 4 fruit, 4 milk, 10 fat, and as much water as I can drink. Now for the 8 starches, 15 carbs = 1 serving and protien 7g = 1 servings. etc etc.

Days that I do workout depending on the number of calories I burn I increase the base value for what I eat. Typically it is around 2500 caloires I eat. Base rule I dont want to drop below the 2000 calories a day or I run the risk of burning muscle instead of fat. This is because muscles cells are easier to break down compared to fat cells.
