Yes ..i agree with this ..ive tried it ..but it dosent work ..if i listen to music then it would have to be something i enjoy and only problem with that ..gets me in the mood for dancing ..reading ..yes thats fine ...but can get a bit boring if your always using that method , watching tv ..fine but i find i have to get up and get active ..i dont quite understand it because it seems the more physically active i tend to be ..say working 5 hours or so on a garden or up a ladder i expect to feel tired ..just the opposite ..i get more energy ..its not a problem and obviously it must be good for the body and helps keep you in shape but sleeping can be a problem so catching up on other work seems work a bit ..relation tapes ? just got one ..had a listen ..just keeps using the word ..."drift ...drift drift " ive tried it but im not "drifting" im drifting over to turn it off ..as its annoying !! any ideas of what to do with excess energy would be apprieciated .
