I dont understand how its degrading, i dont think that when a man goes down on me its degrading. Does she do it sometimes or just not at all? Cause if she does it sometimes then theres hope. Men like the hand on the back of the head type blow job, but she may need a more romantic approach like in the bedroom with lots of telling her how beautiful she is and that she is doing amazing job (lots of praise) cause it could be too that it intimadates her.
