Sneakstooth - i think the issue here is boredom ...it is a known fact that boredom can make you ill !! from what i can pick up from your post it seems that you are suffering from boredom and depression...one of the best cures for this type of problem is excercise ...do you go jogging or running ? this is an excellent activity and it will help you..as well as keeping you in shape its getting the blood pumping around those vital organs! if you dont run or jog ...and it does not have to be in a gym ..it can be around the local park if you live near one ..if you live in a built up area ..just as good running the streets or the block ect anywhere really. Im lucky to live in a semi- raural to raural area ..with fields and farmland next to my home but i dont always go that way i vary the route ..preventing boredom and sometimes run round the houses as wed say here . sitting in one place not moving around will make you feel ill ..id try to get out and have a little activity ...or whatever sport your interested in and im sure within a week those feeling will gradually ease.
If you do have a problem in some areas of your life ..thats making you feel this way then i would advise you to speak to your doctor for perhaps some short term depression treatment ...but best if you can not to use medication to substitute physical activity.
