Well, firstly, merely pointing out that the beauty of "before hand" is they are experimenting, together and by themselves. Therefore, there is certainly a form of intimacy going on and knowledge and understanding of "body parts" and how their partners react and feel.

Often the case, of it gets too hard (no punt intended) and they are ready for the next move.

From there, assuming they are both Virgins of course, he becomes nervous, as does she. She wants low lighting and nice underwear but is scared shirtless of him being able to see her face, reaction.

There would probably be little reaction. She would tense up and generally, with no experience, not feel anything magical apart from the beauty of giving her virginity to the person she loves, assuming this is the case. He more than likely will cum quickly through excitement, not exactly know how deep, how slow, and of course again more than likely as she is in-experienced she will not only tighten her muscles, but be less likely to be "wet" as we can be, it is a stressful difficult yet, enlightening moment.

So, having said all of that, absolutely, time and "experience" is the essense.

The more you explore each other's bodies find the turn ons and offs, the slows and fast, adventures and positions, the better it gets...

Some women don't orgasm for years.

Some don't know about their G-Spot.

Some guys have no clue where that is or how to stimulate it properly.

A lot to learn about human anatomy....
