I was just curious to know if anybody has any suggestions on what I could possibly add or substitute on my workout.
3 Days a week;
Jumping Jacks and crunches before work
10 minutes on the treadmill/1 mile jog/Arm curls/Chest lifts/Chest press machine and 150 Crunches at ballys. I eat about 2100 cals a day im 5/8 163 trying to tone especially and get to about 150-155 before June.
