ok so i know cardio is not really the way to go since it is so catabolic. but if i binged( today i ate a lot ie: a burrito, burger, fries, and some cookies, ) would it be beneficial for me to do long sustained cardio, to prevent fat gain, or would it still be catabolic. i ate low carb. for six days and today was my cheat day , but i think i over did it a little
