Well how I got here......
I do go to gym (off and on due to workload) and saw the shining magazine carried by my fren there...i went through it and found it interesting... there you go, I have started buying it...got my first Mar 08 copy and I am still on it...

The magazine pointed me to this site and I am all curious to explore whats in store for me..

Will be nice to meet u all and hope everyone could gain the benefit out of it..
